Unless you have been notified separately, your username and password for the new Find Find-A-Partner application should be the same as in the previous version.
Unfortunately, some accounts from the previous Find-A-Partner application were incompatible with the new application and could not be migrated. If you cannot login with your username or email address, you will need to create a new account.
